Legal Compliance:
Gringo is authorized to process traffic fines and other vehicle-related debts, accredited by the National Traffic Secretariat (SENATRAN) in accordance with Ordinances No. 1317/2020, 658/2023, and 149/2018. This allows direct accreditation with state traffic departments, state treasuries, and other relevant bodies.

Gringo collects driver and vehicle data from publicly available information provided by state agencies (DETRANs in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, etc.) and national agencies (SENATRAN), as detailed in Gringo's Privacy Policy.
