IAȘI BILET is a travel portal provided by the Iași Public Transport Company. This app lets you handle everything you need for a smooth public transport experience.
You can buy transit tickets using your bank card, find the best route for your trip, and view lines, stops, and vehicles in real time on a map.
Once you create an account and link a transport card, you can top it up with travel passes right in the app via online card payment. Check your card status and active travel tickets anytime.
Manage multiple transport cards under one account. Top up their e-wallet, buy new subscriptions, or extend current ones.
After making purchases, validations, or passing controls, view a full history of your transactions.
Eligible users can request a subsidized profile directly in the app by uploading documents. Once approved (in-app or at a counter), buy discounted or free travel tickets through the app.
Business partners of the transport directorate can manage their card portfolios via the web portal or mobile app.
When buying a ticket, as it nears expiration, or after other card activity, opt in for push or email notifications.
Find the best route from point A to point B using live vehicle locations.
Start your trip from your current location or elsewhere on the map. Choose a destination by address, point of interest, station, or a map pin. You can also pick a past search or favorite spot.
The app shows walking time to the nearest stop, vehicle arrival time, and total trip duration.
Save frequently visited locations to your menu favorites or home screen for quicker routing later.
See your required vehicle in real time and get notified when it’s time to transfer.
View the full route of a line or just one direction, and save favorite lines. Receive alerts for service issues that may impact your journey.
On the lines page, search for a line and see real-time vehicles for each direction on the map.
Select a stop from the home screen or a line’s route to see all lines serving that stop and their arrival times. View the next three arrivals and the full schedule.
Find transport ticket offices on the map, along with their business hours.
The app is available in Romanian and English, based on your device’s language setting.
