MAME4droid 2024, developed by David Valdeita (Seleuco), is a robust port of the MAME 0.270 emulator created by MAMEDev and its contributors. This powerful application allows you to emulate a wide range of arcade games as well as classic systems such as the ZX Spectrum, Amstrad CPC, and MSX, among others. With the capability to support over 40,000 different ROMs, MAME4droid 2024 offers an extensive gaming experience.

This latest version of MAME4droid is optimized for high-end Android devices, reflecting the high specifications required by the latest PC MAME version. Users should be aware that even on top-tier devices, not all "modern" arcade games from the 90s and later will run at full speed or with complete compatibility. With such a vast library of over 40,000 titles, performance can vary significantly from game to game. Please refrain from contacting the developer about support for specific games, as comprehensive support for all titles is impractical.
To start playing, you need to install your MAME-titled zipped ROMs in the /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.seleuco.mame4d2024/files/roms folder. For more options on managing your ROMs, refer to the in-app help section. Please note that this version of MAME4droid is compatible only with the '0.269' romset and not with older versions.
