DownloadA management and communication tool for drivers and fleet managers.
Mobiflotte is the mobile companion app to Winflotte's fleet management software and delegated management service.
A REAL PERFORMANCE-BOOSTING TOOL
Mobiflotte provides a service that streamlines communication between drivers and managers. Drivers become more involved in monitoring and maintaining their vehicles, and can now:
• Submit mileage records,
• Share supporting photos (delivery reports, return documents, damage photos, etc.)
• Select a vehicle from the company catalog to expedite the ordering process.
• Access their vehicle details anytime and reserve vehicles from shared pools.

A FAST AND EFFICIENT COMMUNICATION CHANNEL
Managers and drivers now benefit from a dedicated communication channel. Managers can send reminders for Technical Inspections, proper vehicle usage tips, return guidelines, maintenance advice, and more.
For drivers, it ensures quick and easy access to a directory of essential contacts: their dedicated fleet manager, breakdown assistance, towing services, etc.
Additionally, a notification system keeps users updated in real time with important messages or app changes.
