VIDA is a digitally native brand dedicated to building a sustainable mobility ecosystem. The My VIDA app is a core part of this, supporting the entire customer journey from ownership onwards. It is designed to connect with your vehicle via WiFi, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), and Cloud connectivity, allowing you to seamlessly control key functions remotely.
Key connectivity features of the My VIDA app include: Over WiFi: Turn-by-turn navigation, hands-free call receive/reject, missed call alerts, SMS alerts, and phone status (network, battery, and app connection). Over Cloud: Remote immobilization, live tracking, share scooter location, trip analysis, emergency alerts (panic, theft, battery removal, fall detection, accident), geofence, incognito mode, custom driving modes, and OTA updates. Over BLE: Lock/unlock, ignition on/off, boot open, and ping my scooter.
Users can also schedule charging at their nearest station, plan commutes and navigation in advance, and request service at home, on the road, or at a service center. Rides can be customized to suit different terrains or moods.
