The highly anticipated Among Us 3D has officially announced its release date, set to launch on May 6, 2025. Developed by Schell Games and published by Innersloth, this game marks a significant evolution from the previously known Among Us VR. The rebranding to Among Us 3D promises an enriched experience with cross-play multiplayer features, catering to a wider audience of players. Recently, the developers introduced a new currency called Stardust, which does not expire, offering players more flexibility in their in-game purchases.

Among Us 3D comes packed with exciting new features, including a permanent Tag Mode with the introduction of the Infected role, native proximity voice chat, limited-time events, and a variety of new and returning mini-games. Players can also look forward to an array of new cosmetics to customize their characters. It's important to note that Among Us 3D and the original Among Us VR, which was released in 2022, are distinct games with no cross-play compatibility between them.
