How to Add Friends & Play Together in Marvel Rivals

Adding Friends in Marvel Rivals

Important note: Currently, Marvel Rivals doesn't support cross-progression or cross-play. This means you can only add friends on the same platform. However, the developers have confirmed this feature is on its way, so stay tuned!

To add friends, locate the friend icon, usually found in the top corner near your player profile. Clicking it reveals a list of recently played players; simply select a player to add them to your friends list.

Alternatively, use the search bar to find a friend by their username. Enter the username, press Enter, and then add them. Once they accept, they'll appear in your friends list.

How to Play With Friends

With your friends list populated, it's time for some team action! Click the friends list icon (top right corner), locate your desired friend, select their username, and send an invite. You can then queue for quick play or competitive matches and dominate the competition together.

For console players, friends added on your console's system level should automatically appear in your Marvel Rivals friends list, streamlining the process of inviting and playing with them.
