Get ready, Pokémon TCG Pocket fans! The much-anticipated Celestial Guardians expansion is set to launch worldwide on April 30th, 2025. Dive into the enchanting Alola region and experience its unique charm under the Sun and Moon.

What’s New in Pokémon TCG Pocket Celestial Guardians Expansion?

The Celestial Guardians expansion introduces two exciting digital booster packs, spotlighting the legendary Pokémon Solgaleo and Lunala. Alongside these celestial beings, you'll encounter beloved characters like Lillie and other familiar faces from the Alola era.

For collectors, this expansion is a treasure trove, offering over 200 new cards. Highlights include powerful Pokémon ex cards such as Solgaleo ex and Lunala ex, as well as the Alola starter trio: Rowlet, Litten, and Popplio, making their debut in the Pocket app.

Starting May 1st, showcase your collection with the new Rowlet-themed binder cover and display board. Don’t miss your chance to explore the Celestial Guardians in Pokémon TCG Pocket.

What Are the Events?

From April 30th at 06:00 a.m. UTC to May 13th at 05:59 a.m. UTC, engage in solo battles to earn new promo cards, including a stunning Rayquaza ex card featuring the dragon legend.

Special missions will also be available during the same period, extending until May 29th at 05:59 a.m. UTC. These missions offer the chance to obtain a unique version of Rayquaza ex, along with various accessories and other rewards.

Don’t forget the Half-Year Celebration for Pokémon TCG Pocket, kicking off on April 29th at 11:00 p.m. PDT, just hours before the new expansion launches. Until May 12th, participate in solo battles to receive Promo Pack A Series Vol. 7 boosters, where you can find the new Rayquaza ex promo card. The missions will continue until May 28th.
