Mattias's request to investigate a ghost girl story initiates the Cell Garden search. Begin in Level 2's main cell block (2-A000). Locate a small, elevator-like room in the left corner. This isn't an elevator; interacting with it transports you to 2-E165 (Enzo's location).

From 2-E165, follow the right wall to another small room with a similar device leading to 2-G100. Repeat this process once more; the final room in 2-G100 contains the device accessing the Cell Garden.

This route remains consistent across all levels. The Quick-Travel Entitlement significantly reduces travel time. Post-main quest, access to any Cell Garden is unrestricted, but acquiring the Entitlement is recommended. Each device is marked with a blue door icon.
