New Year's Champions and Quests Arrive in Marvel Contest of Champions!

As we step into 2025, Marvel Contest of Champions (MCOC) has unleashed a flurry of exciting updates, including new Champions, quests, and the relaunch of the Summoner’s Sigil market, all wrapped up with some gripping Wakandan drama. The year kicked off with the annual Summoner’s Choice Champion Vote, and if you haven't yet cast your vote for your favorite Champion, head over to MCOC’s X account to join the excitement. In the midst of all this, the developers have also released a thrilling new Deathless trailer featuring Thanos, continuing the Deathless Saga. You can watch the trailer right here!

Dive into The Mausoleum, a permanent quest now available in the game. After defeating four Deathless, you still need to prove yourself to Deathless Thanos to be considered worthy of joining their ranks.

Who Are the New Year Special Champions in Marvel Contest of Champions?

The two new Champions joining the roster are straight from Wakanda. On January 16th, you can recruit Okoye, the formidable General of the Dora Milaje. Known for her unmatched skill and wisdom, she has long protected Wakandan royalty.

Following her, on January 30th, Gentle, also known as Nezhno Abidemi, steps into the ring. This mutant with a tragic past can enhance his strength using Vibranium tattoos. With these additions, your roster will now boast over 280 Champions.

Gentle's storyline involves a stealth mission to uncover the mystery behind the sudden disintegration of Vibranium. Meanwhile, Okoye faces the Deathless in her quest to stop dark doppelgangers from using stolen Wakandan artifacts in a sinister ritual.

During the Death Drive Event, you can earn Kimoyo Beads to track down these stolen artifacts and unlock paths in the Vault of Strength, Vault of Violence, Vault of Conviction, and Vault of Rage. Each vault is brimming with rewards, making your journey even more rewarding.

Kabam is also revamping the Summoner’s Sigil with a relaunch on January 27th, introducing new items to the monthly subscription. Be sure to explore these updates by downloading MCOC from the Google Play Store.
