CD Projekt RED has once again made headlines with the latest update for Cyberpunk 2077, introducing not just a series of fixes but also integrating cutting-edge NVIDIA technology. With the integration of DLSS 4 support, owners of GeForce RTX 50 graphics cards can now enjoy the generation of multiple extra frames, enhancing their gaming experience significantly.
Starting January 30th, GeForce RTX 50 graphics card users will have access to this advanced technology. DLSS 4 also accelerates the creation of an additional frame on both RTX 50 and 40 series cards, all while using less memory. This update extends to all GeForce RTX graphics cards, allowing users to choose between the traditional convolution neural network model and the innovative transform model for DLSS Ray Reconstruction, DLSS Super Resolution, and DLAA. The transform model promises superior lighting, enhanced detail, and more stable imagery, elevating visual quality to new heights.
The update also addresses several technical issues, including interference and crashes on in-game screens when DLSS ray reconstruction is activated. Furthermore, the "Frame Creation" parameter now updates correctly even after resolution scaling is disabled, ensuring smoother gameplay transitions.
These updates reflect CD Projekt RED's commitment to enhancing both the performance and the visual fidelity of Cyberpunk 2077, ensuring that players continue to enjoy a seamless and immersive gaming experience.
