Ghost Town is a pivotal Main Job that players encounter after the Playing for Time quest at the start of Act 2. A few in-game days later, Panam calls V for help at the Aldecaldos Camp with the mission With a Little Help from My Friends. Agree to assist by choosing: "OK, I'm in," and opt to ride with her by selecting: "I'm riding with you."

At the trainyard, during the conversation atop the communications tower, select the following dialogue options to further the romance: "[Stand by window] Missed you," "So let's start," "Great plan. After With a Little Help from My Friends, spend some time away from the Aldecaldos Camp, completing other jobs and gigs, before receiving another call from Panam. Return to the camp, enter the Basilisk with Panam, and flirt by saying: "Nice and cozy in here."

After the Basilisk battle, select "[Let Panam touch you] Oh, yeah. Let's go," leading to a romantic scene that solidifies your relationship.
