The Palworld early access experience is constantly evolving, with Pocketpair regularly introducing new pals and islands to keep players engaged. While the Sakurajima expansion added a limited number of pals, the Feybreak update significantly expands the game with over 20 new companions.

New players might struggle to locate Feybreak Island within the expansive Palpagos Islands archipelago. This guide provides a clear path to reach this remote location.

Feybreak Island Location Guide in Palworld

Feybreak Island is situated in the far southwestern region of the Palpagos Islands. It's visible from the southern coast of Mount Obsidian. To reach it, begin at Fisherman’s Point, a fast travel location on Mount Obsidian's southern coast. From there, use a flying or aquatic mount to traverse the ocean.

Players who haven't unlocked Mount Obsidian must first access this volcanic island. Mount Obsidian is one of the highest points in Palworld, easily visible from many areas. Travel southeast, equipping heat-resistant armor, to unlock fast travel points within the region.

Alternatively, a longer journey directly from the Sea Breeze Archipelago to Feybreak Island is possible, bypassing Fisherman’s Point.

Activities on Feybreak Island in Palworld

The Feybreak update is Palworld's largest expansion to date, more than three times the size of Sakurajima (released Summer 2024). Be warned: this island is populated with high-level pals that will pose a significant challenge to unprepared players.

Prioritize activating the Scorched Ashland fast travel point on the island's northern coast. You'll encounter powerful pals and the Feybreak Warriors, a new enemy faction. Unlocking this fast travel point ensures a quick return if you're defeated.

Flying mounts are restricted on Feybreak Island. Attempting to fly triggers an "Entering Anti-Air Zone! Dismount your Pal to avoid being shot down." warning. This isn't a bluff; homing missiles will target you. Use ground mounts like the Fenglope until you disable the missile launchers.

Once you've explored, capture new pals or gather resources like Chromalite and Hexolite, crucial for crafting and building.

For a significant challenge, tackle the Feybreak Tower boss, Bjorn & Bastigor. Unlike other tower bosses, you must first defeat three alpha pals – Dazzy Noct, Caprity Noct, and Omascul – and obtain their bounty tokens to gain access to the final boss fight.
