Start by accepting the side quest "Lackey," which you can get from Zlata at Gamemaster Vostatek's home, located west of Tachov. Alternatively, you can begin the quest by speaking with Vitek, who is slightly southeast of the house, as marked by the B on the map above. This sets you on a path northward, where you'll encounter Vostatek being attacked by wolves.

Searching for Pepik in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Once you've saved Vostatek from the wolves, he'll ask you to carry him to his camping spot where he left his horse, Pepik. Follow his directions carefully, keeping an eye on your stamina; if it drops too low, you'll drop Vostatek.
Upon reaching the camping site, Vostatek discovers that Pepik is missing. You'll need to follow traces of Pepik along the path. As you near each clue, you'll get a prompt to examine it. After each examination, continue following the trail until you reach a poacher's camp.

As Vostatek suspected, Pepik has been taken by poachers in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. He's located at the back of their camp. Fortunately, the poachers tend to move around, allowing you to engage them in smaller groups rather than all at once. Those who roam the edges of the camp are easier targets, and if you can isolate them, many will plead for mercy before you dispatch them. You can also bypass the two tougher poachers in the camp and ride Pepik away before they can attack. Note that there's no chance to rest between finding Vostatek and Pepik, so your health may be compromised depending on how the wolf fight went.
Return Pepik to Vostatek's camp. When you talk to him, you have the option to ride back to his home with him, which is the fastest way to travel. Upon arrival, you'll be rewarded with Groschen and a place to stay whenever you need it.
Having successfully found Pepik for Vostatek in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, you can now pursue other quests or explore romantic storylines. With the money you've earned, you're also able to purchase additional equipment if needed.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is available now on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
