Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero has been rated for Nintendo Switch 2, hinting at its arrival on the new console even before any official announcement. Although we're still waiting for confirmation that this game, inspired by Akira Toriyama's beloved anime and manga series, will indeed be available on Switch 2, a now-deleted tweet from the Saudi General Authority of Media Regulation, spotted by the Gaming Leaks and Rumours subreddit, seems to confirm the news.

"Experience the fighting action in the latest game Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero. Available on Nintendo Switch 2, featuring 3D battles and storylines that change based on your choices," the tweet stated before being taken down, also noting that it had secured a 12+ rating.

Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero elevates the iconic gameplay of the Budokai Tenkaichi series to new heights, featuring an impressive array of playable characters, each with their unique abilities, transformations, and techniques.

Our review on IGN Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero awarded it a 7/10, praising it as "a final flash from the past, sometimes to a fault, but the feeling of traveling back to a simpler time when games didn’t have to be balanced or competitive to be fun is still a good one."

Nintendo Switch 2 pre-orders became available on April 24, maintaining a price of $449.99. The demand was overwhelming, just as one might expect. On the same day, Nintendo issued a warning to U.S. customers who pre-ordered through the My Nintendo Store, stating that release date delivery was not guaranteed due to the high demand.
