Get ready for a Legendary Flight in Pokémon Go! Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres are making their Dynamax debuts.

From January 20th to February 3rd, these legendary bird Pokémon will appear in their Dynamax forms during special Max Battle events. This exciting addition to the recently introduced Max Battles offers a unique challenge.

Here's the schedule:

  • January 20th: Dynamax Articuno
  • January 27th: Dynamax Zapdos
  • February 3rd: Dynamax Moltres

Each Dynamax Pokémon will initially dominate all Max Battles at Power Stops on the first day of its week. Following their debut, they'll continue to appear at select Power Spots for the remainder of the week.

These five-star Max Battles offer a chance to encounter these powerful Pokémon, and with a little luck, you might even snag a Shiny variant! Remember, these appearances are time-limited, so plan your battles strategically.

Beyond the legendary trio, other Pokémon will also participate in Max Battles:

  • January 20th - 27th: Charmander, Beldum, and Scorbunny
  • January 27th - February 3rd: Bulbasaur, Cryogonal, and Grookey
  • February (dates unspecified): Squirtle, Krabby, and Sobble

Need more Max Particles? A Max Particle Pack bundle (4,800 particles) is available for $7.99 in the Pokémon Go Web Store. These are crucial for participating in Max Battles and boosting your chances of catching these legendary birds. Don't forget to redeem those Pokémon Go codes for extra bonuses!
