In Freedom Wars Remastered, one of your initial privileges is the chance to step out of your cell and explore the Panopticon. Despite the limitations on your movements and interactions, this central hub is crucial for advancing the story and accessing various shops.
After your encounter with Uwe and Mattias the day following the party, Mattias becomes intrigued by a rumor and suggests exploring a restricted section of the Panopticon. This leads you on a quest to locate Enzo, a key figure for progressing the storyline. Here's how to find him:
To locate Enzo, exit the Warren and descend via the lift back to Level 2's main cell block. To the left of the elevator, you'll encounter Pedro, who has his own grievances with Enzo and will direct you towards Sector 2-E165. Note that while you can meet Pedro prior to this mission, you won't be able to engage with Enzo until you've officially begun the quest to find him.
You have the option to report Pedro, but he'll simply suggest that you report Enzo instead.
From Pedro, turn left and follow the wall to the opposite end of the cell block where you'll see a door marked with a blue lift icon. Although it appears to be another elevator for moving between The Warren and the cell blocks, activating the device inside will transport you to Sector 2-E165.
Once in Sector 2-E165, look for the yellow exclamation mark above Enzo's head, which will guide you to him. He's located at the far end of the cell block on the third story. Be mindful not to sprint excessively as it could add years to your sentence.

Finding Enzo is just the beginning; you'll need to bribe him to obtain the information you seek. To do this, you must provide him with the following items:
