Fortnite Reintroduces Getaway Mode, Adds Crocs

Epic Games has launched update 34.10 for Fortnite, reintroducing the thrilling "Getaway" mode and the iconic character Midas. This fan-favorite mode, which originally debuted in Chapter 1, makes its grand return and is available from March 11 to April 1. In this mode, players are tasked with finding one of three crystal lamps scattered across the island to secure their escape using one of the strategically placed vans.

Starting today, players who have purchased the "Outlaw" battle pass can unlock Midas’ Gangster outfit by reaching level 10. This update not only brings back one of the most beloved characters but also introduces a new twist on his classic look, enhancing the excitement for fans and new players alike.

Following the update on March 10, data miners have revealed some exciting upcoming features. Fortnite is set to introduce the iconic Crocs footwear to the game. These stylish shoes will be available in the in-game store starting March 12 at 3 AM Moscow time, coinciding with the scheduled item rotation. Data miners have already shared previews of how the Crocs will look on characters such as Jinx and Hatsune Miku, along with promotional artwork featuring Midas sporting the new footwear, adding a fashionable flair to the Fortnite experience.
