The new Hirakumi Style in Volleyball Legends is a top-tier, defense-oriented playstyle inspired by Hirugami Sachirō from the popular anime Haikyuu. Renowned for its exceptional blocking capability, this style is tailor-made for players who excel at shutting down attacks and dominating the front line. If your game thrives on solid defense and timely net presence, unlocking the Hirakumi Style should be a top priority—follow this guide to learn how.
Like all Styles and Abilities in Volleyball Legends, the Hirakumi Style is obtained through the gacha system. To begin, tap the Style icon at the bottom of the main screen. This will open the Style gacha menu, where you can start rolling for new abilities.
You have two options: Default Spins or Lucky Spins. However, since Hirakumi is a Godly-tier Style, it’s extremely rare—your odds are only 0.5% with Default Spins. For significantly better chances (approximately 5%), use Lucky Spins instead.
Before spinning, make sure to select Hirakumi under the Godly Tier category. This sets your pull priority, increasing the likelihood of obtaining this specific Style. The more focused your attempt, the closer you are to unlocking one of the strongest defensive playstyles in the game.
That’s some vertical leap, huh.
Here’s a detailed look at the Hirakumi Style and what makes it a standout choice in Volleyball Legends:
Hirakumi is the only Style in the game with a maximum Block stat, making him the ultimate defensive powerhouse. With perfect timing, he can completely neutralize even the most powerful spikes from any opponent. While his Speed – 10% is notably low, limiting his mobility, his Jump – 100% and Block – 100% more than compensate, ensuring dominant net control.
Ideal for players who prefer a strategic, defense-first approach, Hirakumi excels when positioned near the net, reading the opponent’s moves and delivering game-changing blocks. His Serve – 90% and Set – 50% also contribute to a well-rounded performance, while Spike – 40%, Bump – 20%, and Dive – 30% reflect his defensive specialization.
That concludes the Hirakumi Style guide. For more insights on the strongest playstyles, check out our Volleyball Legends Style Tier List to discover other top-tier [ttpp] Styles that can elevate your game and help you dominate the court.
