Eldgear's Narrative

Argenia, transitioning from a medieval past into a magical future, finds itself a melting pot of numerous nations vying for control in uncharted territories. The discovery of ancient ruins containing immensely powerful magical technology ignites a fierce struggle for dominance. While a brutal war eventually concludes, the fragile peace remains precarious, leaving the land perpetually on the edge of renewed conflict.

At the heart of the story lies Eldia, a global task force dedicated to preventing another catastrophic war. Their mission: research, monitor, and control access to these potent ancient weapons and machines, maintaining a delicate balance of power.

Strategic Combat

Eldgear's turn-based combat system offers strategic depth. While the core gameplay is relatively straightforward, unique mechanics add layers of complexity. The EMA (Embedding Abilities) system allows players to equip three abilities per unit, offering flexibility in combat strategies. Combine stat boosts with tactical abilities like Stealth or bodyguard functions to outmaneuver opponents.

The EXA (Expanding Abilities) system unlocks devastating special moves upon reaching maximum Tension during battle.
