Kingambit Joins Pokémon Go in Crown Clash Event Next Month

As you prepare for the Sweet Discoveries event, get ready for the royal extravaganza of the Crown Clash event in Pokémon Go, scheduled from May 10th to 18th. This event offers a golden opportunity to evolve the formidable Kingambit, adorn your Pokémon with crowns, and hunt for shiny variants while earning bonus XP through evolutions.

Kingambit, known as the Big Blade Pokémon, will debut during the Crown Clash. To evolve Bisharp into Kingambit, you'll need to make Bisharp your buddy and win 15 Raid Battles against Dark- or Steel-type Pokémon. Bisharp doesn't need to fight; just having it as your buddy and collecting victories is enough.

Adding to the excitement, Nidoqueen and Nidoking will appear in new, crown-adorned costumes. You might even encounter their Shiny versions. These regal Pokémon will star in three-star raids, while one-star raids will feature Sneasel, Klink, and Pawniard.

In the wild, look out for frequent spawns like Slowpoke (which could lead you to a King’s Rock), Slakoth, Piplup, Combee, Snivy, and Litleo. Pawniard will also appear more often, offering you a chance to catch this elusive Pokémon.
