Gameloft’s premier racing simulator, Asphalt Legends Unite, is no stranger to unique collaborations—from the Movember x Lamborghini crossover to now teaming up with the legendary Lego Technic car collection.
For enthusiasts of the beloved toy brand, Lego Technic needs no introduction. These intricate, buildable car kits offer a rewarding challenge, blending engineering with creativity. Soon, players will be able to take their favorite Lego Technic vehicles—starting with the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray—from the real world to the digital racetrack.
To mark the occasion, a limited-time Collector Mode event launches today, running until March 23rd. Racers on all platforms can participate in a special single-player challenge set in San Francisco, where they'll need to track down scattered Lego Technic disks.
Some racing purists might question whether toy-inspired vehicles belong in a high-octane simulator. But this collaboration does justice to Lego Technic’s engineering brilliance, which has inspired generations of car lovers with its realistically functioning engines and drivetrains.
The real standout feature? Physical Lego Technic car kits will include an in-game unlock code, letting players build a model in real life—then test its virtual counterpart on the track.
