Nolan North Welcomes Troy Baker to Adventure Game Elite on PS5

Bethesda has exciting news for fans of the iconic archaeologist: MachineGames' Indiana Jones and The Great Circle is set to launch on PlayStation 5 on April 15 for early access, with a global release following on April 17. This PS5 release comes four months after the game's debut on Xbox and PC. Alongside this announcement, Bethesda released a playful promo trailer featuring a unique crossover between two of the gaming world's most recognized voices: Troy Baker, the voice of Indiana Jones in the game, and Nolan North, known for his role as Nathan Drake in the PlayStation-exclusive Uncharted series. This meeting of the actors is a nod to the full circle moment for The Great Circle, given the inspiration Uncharted drew from Indiana Jones.

In an intriguing twist, Microsoft-owned Bethesda included Nolan North in their advertisement, despite his association with Sony's Uncharted franchise. While North carefully avoids mentioning 'Nathan Drake' or 'Uncharted' directly, his performance is filled with playful nods to his character's adventures. He humorously suggests he broke into the room where the interview takes place, hinting at the imminent arrival of goons—a common occurrence for Nathan Drake.

During their conversation, North challenges Baker on how he plans to tackle Private Military Forces with just a whip. Baker responds with a gesture to his head, to which North quips "headbutt," showing his approval of the aggressive approach. North describes himself as "more of a sidearms kinda guy... jeans... henley," while Baker teases that he's "somehow always half-tucked."

The duo bond over their love for ancient artifacts, though with different intentions: North's character would sell them to the highest bidder, while Baker's Indiana Jones would donate them to a museum. This exchange symbolizes Nathan Drake welcoming Indiana Jones into an exclusive club of adventurers, with North declaring, "Welcome to the club."
