If you're struggling to get a good night's sleep, whether it's due to seasonal changes or the endless cycle of unfinished games, Pokémon Sleep's "Good Sleep Day" event might be the perfect solution for you. This aptly named event arrives at just the right time, offering a special opportunity to enhance your sleep and research Pokémon sleep styles.
Held once a month for three days, the "Good Sleep Day" event coincides with the full moon, providing a significant boost to Drowsy Power. The event begins on March 13th and will run through March 16th, applicable to all regions. During this period, you'll have an increased chance of encountering new Pokémon sleep styles that you haven't seen before.
On the night of the full moon, which falls on Day 2 of the event, you'll receive a Drowsy Power boost of ×2, Helper Pokémon Sleep EXP ×3, and an additional 1,000 bonus sleep points. Days 1 and 3 will offer a Drowsy Power boost of ×1.5, Helper Pokémon Sleep EXP ×2, and 500 bonus sleep points.
Throughout the event, you'll also encounter Clefairy, Clefable, and Cleffa more frequently. This is the perfect chance to catch some zzz's and add these Pokémon to your research.
Did you know you can add Friends in Pokémon Sleep? It's not just about the virtual pocket monsters; you can connect with others too!
