Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.6: Annals of Pinecany's Mappou Age Arrives October 23rd!

HoYoverse has unveiled details for Honkai: Star Rail's upcoming version 2.6 update, "Annals of Pinecany's Mappou Age," launching October 23rd. This update transports players to Penacony and its vibrant Paperfold University, celebrating its anniversary with a bustling campus atmosphere filled with club activities, music, and academic events.

The spotlight shines on Rappa, the new 5-star Galaxy Ranger character. A self-proclaimed ninja, Rappa utilizes ninjutsu, incorporating ninja mantras, scrolls, graffiti, and even rap into her persona. Her mission? To hunt down the villainous Evil Ninja Osaru. Her ultimate attack, Sealform Ningu: Demonbane Petalblade, offers a unique first-person perspective, allowing players to decimate enemies and significantly reduce their Toughness.

Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.6 Events:

• Sound Hunt Ninjutsu Inscription: Manage a band for the Dreamlight Anniversary music party, teaming up with Rappa for an electrifying performance.
• Warp Event: Limited 5-star characters Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae, Acheron, and Aventurine return in the warp event, spanning both halves of the update.

Simulated Universe Expansion:

Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.6 also significantly expands the Simulated Universe. Following the success of Swarm Disaster and Gold and Gears, the third DLC, "The Unknowable Domain," introduces a massive void linked to post-Second Emperor's War conflicts. Players will collect and upgrade powerful Scepters (external thinking units composed of inorganic bionic neurons) to create synergistic strategies and conquer a challenging final boss.
