Bullseye has been eagerly anticipated in Marvel Snap, evolving through various iterations before settling into its current form for the Dark Avengers season. Here are the top Bullseye decks you can try out.
Bullseye is a 3-power, 3-cost card with an ability that reads: “Activate: Discard all cards that cost 1 or less from your hand. Afflict that many different enemy cards with -2 Power.”
This card is a must-counter with Luke Cage, especially in discard-style decks. When played on turn 5 or earlier, activating Bullseye lets you discard any 1 or 0-cost cards from your hand, which can include discounted cards like Swarm.
Bullseye pairs well with cards like X-23 and Hawkeye Kate Bishop, though they're not often discussed. Remember, like all Activate cards, Bullseye is less effective on the final turn. The key aspect of his ability is “different enemy cards,” meaning you can’t hit the same card repeatedly. At its best, Bullseye can apply a -2 debuff across your opponent’s entire board, potentially winning lanes by hitting multiple cards.
Bullseye shines primarily in discard decks. While focusing solely on Bullseye with Swarm and Daken might not be optimal, integrating him into a traditional discard list is the way to go. Here’s a recommended deck:

The Series 5 cards here are Scorn, Hawkeye Kate Bishop, and Proxima Midnight. While Scorn and Proxima Midnight are essential, Hawkeye Kate Bishop can be swapped for Gambit if needed.
This deck leverages Bullseye’s ability by playing MODOK on turn 5, activating Bullseye afterward, and then using Scorn, X-23, Blade, Hawkeye Kate Bishop’s arrows, and discounted Swarms to spread debuffs. Then, you can drop regenerated Swarms and whatever you draw next, letting Dracula grab Apocalypse to clinch the game.
Alternatively, you could try a Helicarrier and Victoria Hand variant, but it's less consistent than the classic discard style.
For a different approach, Bullseye can also fit into the meta-dominant Hazmat Ajax decks, even after recent nerfs. Here’s a high-cost option:

This deck is pricey, with Series 5 cards including Silver Sable, Hydra Bob, Hawkeye Kate Bishop, US Agent, Rocket Raccoon and Groot, Anti-Venom, and Ajax. Hydra Bob can be replaced with regular Rocket Raccoon if needed, but the others are crucial.
The strategy involves hitting your opponent with Hazmat while securing lanes with US Agent or Man-Thing and Ajax. Bullseye synergizes with multiple cards, acting as a secondary Hazmat, boosting Ajax to potentially win a lane single-handedly.
Personally, I'm not a fan of discard or affliction decks, so I'm skipping Bullseye. If you feel the same, Bullseye might be too niche to justify spending your resources, especially if you're eyeing cards like Moonstone or Aries, which synergize well with Surtur.
And there you have it—the best Bullseye decks in Marvel Snap. Enjoy crafting your strategy and dominating the battlefield!
