How Eson Works in Marvel Snap

Eson is a 6-Cost, 10-Power card with the effect: "End of Turn: Put a created card from your hand here."

Created cards are those generated by effects like White Queen or Arishem—basically, any card not originally in your deck. This allows some control over Eson's ability since it won’t pull standard deck cards.

As a high-cost card, ramping with Electro, Wave, or Luna Snow helps play Eson early for maximum value. The main counter is flooding your opponent's hand with useless cards like Rocks or Master Mold's Sentinels—Gorgon won’t stop him effectively.

Eson synergizes strongly with Arishem, making them ideal partners. Playing Arishem on Turn 5 lets you trigger Eson twice. Here's a sample list:

Key Series 5 cards here include Doom 2099 and Arishem, while others like Jeff or Agent Coulson can sub in flexibly. Eson serves as a backup win condition if Mockingbird or high-power pulls don’t work out. Playing him after Arishem gives two turns to utilize generated cards. If no targets exist, Doctor Doom becomes the safer Turn 6 play.

Note that Eson's effect lasts a maximum of three turns, making Turn 5 ideal. Also, he clashes with Doom 2099, so plan accordingly.
