Join the OPA! adventure!
Each player receives 8 cards, with the remaining cards forming the Draw Pile. Flip the top card to start the Discard Pile. On your turn, play a card matching the top Discard Pile card's color, number, or power. If you can't play, draw from the Draw Pile. Then, pass to the next player.
Stacking Rule: +2 & +2 WILD power cards can be stacked to increase the penalty for the next player. However, you cannot play a +2 on a +2 WILD.
The first player to discard all their cards wins the round. The game ends when a player reaches a predetermined score.
