Key features and specifications include:

  • Supported File Formats: JPEG, PNG, and PDF (excluding encrypted or password-protected PDFs).
  • File Limits: Up to 50 JPEG/PNG files and 20 PDFs (each PDF under 200 pages) can be registered. Larger PDFs can be printed in batches by selecting page ranges.
  • File Size Limits: Individual files must be under 30MB, with a total upload limit of 100MB for multiple files.
  • Scanning Capabilities: Supports scanning to JPEG and PDF formats, limited to 20 JPEGs and 1 PDF per session.
  • Data Retention: Note that uninstalling the app will erase all saved scanned data.

PrintSmash also offers convenient scanning functionality, allowing users to save scanned documents in JPEG or PDF format directly to the SHARP copier.
