Show your electronic ticket on your phone to the driver or transport inspector for fare validation. Your ticket remains valid until you reach your final destination and is accessible in the "Valid Tickets" section. View past tickets in the "Travel details" section.

Payment Issues: Payments may fail due to:
- Corporate phone numbers
- Unpaid trust payments
- Insufficient balance since number activation
- Unused starting balance
- SIM card replacement within the last 24 hours
Virtual Transport Cards: Create a free virtual transport card within the app. Self-service registration is available for standard and student cards. Other discounted cards require in-person registration at an SMSBUS office with supporting documentation.
Top up your virtual card via the app or through other banking apps such as Kaspi Bank and Halyk Bank (homebank).

- Camera: QR code scanning.
- Location: Accurate map display, automated bus detection for simplified payment (GPS-based bus code identification), route planning (including transfers) from your location to your destination (using map or address input).
