[Hall] An ambulance pulls up to the first-floor hall. Your role begins now: attending to each patient who enters. The hall provides stretchers, wheelchairs, and basic medical equipment. Amenities for visitors include an ATM, water dispenser, gift shop, and coffee machine – patients can grab a coffee while waiting, and visitors can purchase flowers or fruit baskets.

[Examination Room] Take the elevator to the second floor examination area. Here, patients receive consultations and undergo physical exams. Facilities include height measurement, blood testing, CT scan, and X-ray capabilities.
