NetEase's free-to-play PvP hero shooter, Marvel Rivals, is gearing up for its highly anticipated Season 1, "Eternal Night Falls." This update introduces new heroes and maps, expanding the Marvel universe within the game. Here's the release schedule and what to expect.

Marvel Rivals Season 1 ("Eternal Night Falls") Launch Time

Season 1 begins on January 10th at 4:00 AM Eastern Time (ET). For players in other regions, the launch times are as follows:

Season 1 New Content

The Fantastic Four are joining the Marvel Rivals roster!

  • Mister Fantastic (Duelist)
  • Invisible Woman (Strategist)
  • The Thing
  • Human Torch

Please note: Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman will be playable on January 10th. The Thing and Human Torch will arrive later in Season 1, approximately six to seven weeks after launch (late February).

Two new New York City-based maps are also included:

  • Empire of Eternal Night
  • Midtown Sanctum Sanctorum
