
Apex Legends ALGS Year 4 Championships Head to Sapporo, Japan!
Get ready Apex Legends fans! The ALGS Year 4 Championships will be held in Sapporo, Japan, marking a significant milestone for the competitive scene. This exciting event, taking place at the Daiwa House PREMIST DOME from January 29th to February 2nd, 2025, will feature 40 top teams vying for the championship title.
This is a first for the ALGS – the inaugural offline tournament in Asia! Previous championships have been held in the US, UK, Sweden, and Germany. EA's announcement highlights the significant APAC community and the strong demand for an Asian-based event. John Nelson, EA's senior director of Esports, emphasized the excitement of bringing this prestigious tournament to Japan, specifically citing the enthusiastic Japanese fanbase.
