Astra Yao of Zenless Zone Zero 1.5 has been given a dramatic narrative short film

Dive deeper into the lore of Zenless Zone Zero with a new spotlight on Astra Yao. This latest update offers players a glimpse into her past, enriching the already compelling narrative.

miHoYo (HoYoverse) continues to expand the Zenless Zone Zero universe, focusing this time on Astra Yao, the popular singer and part-time on-air support. A new animated short delves into her backstory, showcasing her participation in a benefit concert held to commemorate a devastating cavernous disaster. The short interweaves a tense encounter with a journalist with flashbacks to pivotal moments in Astra Yao's life, revealing a more nuanced and complex character.

Astra Yao is featured in the first character banner of Zenless Zone Zero 1.5, with Evelyn Chevalier appearing in the second.

The Zenless Zone Zero 1.5 update also brings the customary miHoYo (HoYoverse) polychrome compensation. Players will receive 300 polychromes for bug fixes and another 300 for technical improvements related to the update. This compensation will be delivered directly to players' in-game mail.
