A New Evil Ending: A Father's Legacy

Larian Studios unveiled a 52-second cinematic teaser on X (formerly Twitter), showcasing a Dark Urge playthrough culminating in a truly sinister conclusion. The preview depicts the grim fate of the Dark Urge's companions, highlighting the devastating consequences of succumbing to Bhaal's influence.

The Dark Urge, seizing control of the Netherbrain, subjugates their companions, forcing them to meet a horrific end. A chilling voiceover declares, "Time for the final act. Your tragedy has become mankind's," foreshadowing a reign of terror. This is just one of several new evil endings promised for Patch 7.

Larian previously teased other evil endings, including one featuring the Dark Urge amidst a sea of carnage and another where a town is consumed by "sheer mindless bliss" under the True Absolute's control. Importantly, these endings aren't exclusive to Dark Urge playthroughs.

Patch 7: More Than Just Evil Endings

Patch 7 is a massive update, including:
