A method, showcased by Twitter user BSPGamin (via Dexerto), allows MW3 camos to be equipped on BO6 weapons in Warzone. Crucially, this is an unofficial workaround and may be patched. It requires a friend's assistance and involves these steps:

1. Start a private Warzone match. Equip a BO6 weapon in your first loadout slot. Join a friend's lobby.
2. Equip an MW3 weapon in your first loadout slot and rapidly select the desired camo for the BO6 weapon. Simultaneously, the host switches to a private match.
3. The friend leaves the private match. The player returns to the BO6 weapon and rapidly selects the camo while the friend rejoins the private match.
4. The camo should now be applied to the BO6 weapon.

For players preferring to use BO6 camos but struggling to unlock mastery camos, Treyarch confirmed the addition of a challenge tracking feature to Black Ops 6 in a future update. This feature, present in MW3, was notably absent from Black Ops 6, but its return is welcome news.
