TouchArcade Rating:
Following the successful mobile launch of Coromon, TRAGsoft's acclaimed monster-collecting game, a roguelite spin-off is on the horizon. Coromon: Rogue Planet (Free), slated for release next year on Steam, Switch, iOS, and Android, promises a thrilling blend of turn-based combat and roguelite gameplay. This exciting new title boasts 10 ever-changing biomes, 7 playable characters, and over 130 monsters to collect and train. Check out the official announcement trailer below:
The original Coromon is available for free on mobile, and it will be interesting to see how Coromon: Rogue Planet translates to mobile platforms upon its release, and whether it launches simultaneously with the Switch and Steam versions. You can wishlist Coromon: Rogue Planet on Steam now. While I haven't played Coromon recently, Coromon: Rogue Planet's gameplay sounds incredibly appealing; the Steam screenshots suggest a perfect pick-up-and-play experience. In the meantime, you can download the original Coromon for free on iOS. What are your thoughts on Coromon: Rogue Planet so far? Have you played the original Coromon?
