Techland describes Dying Light: The Beast as an "open-world action survival horror hybrid" set in Castor Woods, a perilous valley demanding strategic use of all available resources.

"You play as Kyle Crane — enduring years of torturous experiments under the Baron before escaping," Techland explains. "Now fused with both human and zombie DNA, you must master your monstrous duality while seeking vengeance against your tormentor."

This standalone chapter in Techland's apocalyptic saga is now available for pre-order, offering the Hero of Harran bundle featuring exclusive gear including the Ultimate Survivor Outfit, Harran Combat Knife, and Follower Crossbow.
