Updated January 14th, 2025, by Usama Ali: Swap Packs offer players greater control over their sticker acquisitions, mitigating the frustration of duplicate or undesirable cards. The ability to "swap" or "redraw" stickers within a pack (up to a limit) enhances the chances of completing collections. This guide has been updated to include additional methods for acquiring Swap Packs.

How Monopoly GO Swap Packs Work

As the name suggests, Swap Packs enable players to exchange or "redraw" stickers. This allows for the replacement of unwanted stickers with potentially rarer and more valuable ones, facilitating album completion.

Each Swap Pack includes four stickers: typically one five-star, two four-star, and one three-star sticker. Before claiming, players can swap any sticker for a random replacement of the same rarity. This effectively manages duplicates and improves the odds of acquiring higher-tier stickers.

Swapping is a random process; a superior sticker isn't guaranteed. However, Swap Packs provide increased control over sticker acquisition. Remember, trading duplicates with friends remains an option for obtaining missing stickers.

Acquiring More Monopoly GO Swap Packs

Initially introduced as a milestone reward in Monopoly GO's first Peg-E Sticker Drop, Swap Packs are now obtainable through various methods:

The Gold Vault

The Gold Vault, the highest reward tier in the Sticker for Rewards section (now costing 700 Stars, down from 1000), is accessible once every 24 hours. Stars are earned by collecting duplicate stickers (regardless of rarity). The Gold Vault contains:

• 500 Dice
• One Blue Sticker Pack (four stickers, one guaranteed 4-star)
• One Purple Sticker Pack (six stickers, one guaranteed 5-star)
• One Swap Pack

Minigames

Certain minigames, such as Peg-E games, Treasure Hunts, and Partner Events, may offer Swap Packs as milestone rewards. Participation and achievement of milestones within these minigames increase the chances of obtaining Swap Packs.
