FFXIV Unbound Emote: Pose Guide

Unlocking the Pose of the Unbound Emote in FFXIV Patch 7.16

Patch 7.16 of Final Fantasy XIV brings exciting new quests and stylish cosmetics. One such reward is the coveted Pose of the Unbound emote. Here's how to obtain it:

To acquire the Pose of the Unbound, you must complete the quest "Imposing Views." Find the Unbound Agent NPC in Ul'dah – Steps of Thal (coordinates X:12.5, Y:11.5) to begin.

However, "Imposing Views" is only available after completing "Picking Up the Torch." This prerequisite requires finishing all five role quests in the game. This means reaching level 100 with a Tank, Healer, Ranged DPS, Melee DPS, and Magical Ranged DPS class, then completing their respective role quests in Tulliyollal. Only then will "Picking Up the Torch" become available, unlocking access to "Imposing Views."

"Imposing Views" itself is a straightforward quest. Simply visit the Sagolii Desert, interact with Apyaahi several times, defeat a few monsters, and you'll receive the Pose of the Unbound emote as your reward.

To use your new emote, type /unbound or /poseoftheunbound in the chat box and press Enter. Your character will strike a fun, Jojo-inspired pose.
