TreesPlease Games concluded 2024 with a remarkable achievement. Their merge game, Longleaf Valley, surpassed expectations, resulting in the planting of over two million real trees thanks to player participation.

Players' virtual tree planting in Longleaf Valley directly translates to real-world reforestation efforts globally, doubling the number of trees planted compared to 2023, a feat attributed to both player engagement and the Eden Reforestation Project. Longleaf Valley's downloads also saw a significant increase, doubling in 2024.

TreesPlease Games, established in 2019 with a commitment to environmental conservation and climate change mitigation, created Longleaf Valley – their first mobile game – to perfectly embody this mission. The game's success was recognized with the Best Purpose-Driven Game award at the Playing for the Planet Awards in November 2024.
