"Ghostrunner Creators Unveil New Game Image"

One More Level, the creative minds behind the critically acclaimed Ghostrunner series, have once again captured the attention of the gaming community. The Ghostrunner franchise, known for its intense action in a cyberpunk world, emphasizes the importance of strategy, agility, and quick reflexes. In these games, both the protagonist and most enemies can be felled with a single strike, adding to the tension and excitement. The original Ghostrunner was met with enthusiastic reviews, scoring an impressive 81% from critics and 79% from players, while its sequel maintained high acclaim with scores of 80% and 76%.

In a recent update, One More Level has teased fans with a new image, hinting at their upcoming project, Cyber Slash. While the studio is currently juggling two projects—Cyber Slash and Projekt Swift—the image is believed to be connected to the former, as Projekt Swift isn't slated for release until 2028.

Cyber Slash promises to transport players back to the early 19th century, offering a fresh and dark reinterpretation of the Napoleonic era. The game is set to feature an epic narrative where legendary heroes battle against mysterious forces and daunting threats. The gameplay aims to be both challenging and action-packed, diverging from the traditional Souls-like formula. While parrying and targeting enemy weak points will remain essential mechanics, the protagonist's journey will be marked by unique mutations, adding a layer of evolution to the gameplay experience.
