In the chilling universe of *R.E.P.O.*, your survival hinges on the items you collect, which can be the difference between advancing to the next level or facing the daunting Disposal Arena with your teammates. Among these vital tools, Recharge Drones stand out as crucial for success. Here's your guide to obtaining and utilizing them effectively.

What Recharge Drones Do

In *R.E.P.O.*, while single-use items like Mines and Grenades are found at the Service Station, others come equipped with a "battery life" that can be restored using Energy Crystals. When you start the game, you'll notice a container in your truck designed to recharge your weapons or drones, though this process consumes an Energy Crystal. Any additional Energy Crystals you purchase are automatically added to this container, eliminating any confusion about their disappearance post-purchase. To recharge an item, simply place it in the yellow bucket beside the container, allowing it to regain full health. This method is essential for maintaining your equipment in prime condition, readying you for the challenges of the next level and the horde of monsters that await.

However, the intensity of some levels can accelerate the wear and tear of your items. While you can recharge them using Energy Crystals upon entering a new area, your truck might not always be within reach. That's where the Recharge Drone proves invaluable, allowing you to manage your items' energy on the move.

How to Get and Use the Recharge Drone in R.E.P.O.

The Recharge Drone, like other items and upgrades, becomes available at the Service Station, which you access after successfully completing a level. Here, you can equip yourself with the necessary tools to ease your journey through the next level, provided you have the funds. Keep in mind, the items at the Service Station appear randomly, so it might take several visits for the Recharge Drone to show up. When it does, it's priced between $4-5K and occupies one of your inventory slots. Assign it a slot number (1, 2, or 3) right after purchase.

You'll notice your items are running low on energy by the battery bar displayed beneath them. To recharge an item, select the drone, activate it with the 'E' key, and then attach your depleted item. Let the Recharge Drone work its magic! Once the drone's battery is drained, you can recharge it using Energy Crystals in your truck's container.

Now you're equipped with the knowledge on how to find and effectively use the Recharge Drone in *R.E.P.O.*, ensuring you're always ready to face the horrors that lie ahead.
