Honor of Kings' inaugural Snow Carnival 2024: A Festive Update!

Get ready for a frosty feast of fun in Honor of Kings! Tencent's popular MOBA is launching its first-ever holiday event, the Snow Carnival 2024, packed with new challenges, rewards, and festive cheer. Expect new enemies, free purchase opportunities, and more to make your holiday gaming extra special.

Gameplay enhancements arrive in waves, starting November 28th and running through January 8th. New enemies, the Snow Overlord and Snow Tyrant (debuting November 28th), introduce chilling slow and freeze effects. Beginning December 12th, certain heroes (Lady Zhen, Princess Frost, Zhuangzi, Dolia, DaQiao, and Shi) gain enhanced ice-based abilities by stacking their water skills.

Navigating the map will also present new challenges. Glacial Twists hazards appear in the jungle from November 28th to December 11th, impacting movement speed. From December 12th to 23rd, summoning the Shadow Vanguard creates an ice path effect, and from December 24th to January 8th, defeating the river sprite unlocks a handy ice sled for tactical maneuvers.

Festive Freebies and Gifting:

From December 6th to January 8th, a Zero Cost Purchase Event lets you snag a free item without spending tokens. Spread the holiday spirit with the Gift Exchange event (December 24th to January 1st), and enjoy Gift Opening (January 1st to 4th) for a chance to receive a skin, possibly even a legendary one!
