What is Equipment?

Beyond leveling, equipping heroes is a primary method for boosting specific stats. Each hero has six equipment slots:

Weapons Armor Shoes Accessories Artifacts Gems/stones (Treasures)

All artifacts within a tier share the same upgrade cost and engulf value. Artifact rarity impacts effectiveness, ranging (highest to lowest):

Orange Red Green Purple Yellow Blue

Orange and Red artifacts are the highest tier. Some artifacts are hero-specific, granting unique abilities/stats when equipped. Exclusive artifact versions are generally superior to standard counterparts, offering an additional property exclusive to heroes of a specific faction (indicated by a faction icon).
