How to Knock Out Enemies in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, sometimes a subtle approach is preferable to all-out combat. This guide explains how to incapacitate enemies without killing them.

Knocking Out Enemies

Leaving a trail of corpses isn't always the best strategy. Knocking out enemies offers a stealthier alternative. Here's how:

  1. Crouch: Press the circle button to crouch and approach an NPC from behind.
  2. Knockout Prompt: A "Knock Out" prompt will appear in the bottom right corner when you're close enough. Press the corresponding button.
  3. Timing is Key: A blue icon with swords indicates the optimal time to press R2 to successfully knock out the NPC.
  4. Second Chance: If Henry fails, a shield icon appears. Press L2 to prevent the NPC's escape and attempt the knockout again.
  5. Failure: Failing both attempts will likely trigger a fight.

Success depends on Henry's strength compared to the NPC's. These perks improve your chances:

  • Tight Grip: Increases knockout success rate.
  • Sandman: Increases knockout success rate.

Stealth Kills

For a lethal stealth approach, equip a dagger. The process is similar to knocking out: sneak up from behind, and a stealth kill prompt will appear.
