Marvel Contest Celebrates Halloween with Boosted FPS!

Marvel Contest of Champions unleashes a terrifying Halloween update, adding spooky new characters and challenges to celebrate its 10th anniversary. This chilling event plunges players back into the Battlerealm.

The Halloween Event: A House of Horrors

Two ghastly new champions, Scream and Jack O’ Lantern, join the fray. Scream, the vengeful symbiote, returns, while Jack O’ Lantern, true to his name, transforms victims into terrifying jack-o'-lanterns. These additions heighten the thrills of the House of Horrors event, where Jessica Jones investigates a dark carnival mystery filled with animatronic nightmares.

Jack's Bounty-full Hunt, a gladiator-style side quest, offers weekly challenges and multiple paths, with Jack O' Lantern himself enjoying the chaos. This event runs from October 9th to November 6th.

Celebrating a Decade of Combat: The 10th Anniversary

This Halloween event coincides with Marvel Contest of Champions' 10th anniversary. Kabam is marking the occasion with ten major game reveals, including reworks for Medusa and Purgatory. The Deadpool's Ultimate Multiplayer Bonanza features an Alliance Super Season with collaborative bounty missions. Venom-themed content, including the Venom: Last Dance event (October 21st to November 15th), also forms part of the celebrations. Anniversary Battlegrounds Season 22, with enhanced buffs and critical hit advantages, is live until October 30th.

A Smoother Experience: 60 FPS Update on the Horizon

A significant upgrade is coming: a 60 FPS gameplay update, launching on November 4th, will provide a smoother, more responsive gaming experience. Currently, the game is capped at 30 FPS.
