Pirates Outlaws Sequel Arrives with Enchanting Deckbuilding Adventure

Fabled Game Studio's highly anticipated sequel, Pirates Outlaws 2: Heritage, is set to launch in 2025 on Android, iOS, Steam, and the Epic Games Store. This roguelike deck-builder builds upon the success of its 2019 predecessor, adding exciting new features. An open beta test is currently underway on Steam (October 25th-31st), with mobile releases to follow.

What's New in Pirates Outlaws 2?

Players will embark on a new adventure as a fresh hero, whose story unfolds years after the original Pirates Outlaws. This hero starts with pre-built decks and unique abilities. New additions include:

• Companions: Introducing companion characters, each contributing unique cards to your deck.
• Card Fusion: Combine three identical cards to create a more powerful card.
• Deck Evolution: Level up your deck via an evolution tree, customizing your strategic approach. Even previously discarded cards can be upgraded!
• Relic System Overhaul: Relics are no longer found after every battle, but instead appear in markets, after boss fights, or during special events.
• New Battle Mechanics: A new countdown system impacts enemy actions. The "End Turn" button is replaced with a "Redraw" mechanic. A revamped armor and shield system is also implemented.

Despite the significant additions, the core gameplay of Pirates Outlaws remains intact. Players will continue to build decks, explore the seas, and conquer the Arena and Campaign modes.
