GungHo Entertainment, creators of the crossover card battler Teppen, is venturing into a new realm with their latest project: a retro-inspired RPG featuring a vast array of pixelated Disney characters.

Disney Pixel RPG, launching later this year, promises an exciting adventure. Players will recruit and battle with iconic Disney characters across multiple worlds, facing challenges that blend battle, action, and rhythm elements.

The game allows for character creation and customization, letting you fight alongside your favorite Disney heroes. While primarily an auto-battler, players can directly control their characters at key moments. The storyline revolves around battling mysterious programs that have infiltrated the pixelated Disney worlds.

A Retro Delight

This isn't GungHo's first foray into large-scale franchise crossovers. However, given Disney's extensive library of characters, this project offers an unprecedented opportunity. With its experience in managing diverse casts, GungHo seems well-equipped for the challenge.
