Play Solasta 2 Demo Now: Explore Turn-Based Combat and D&D-Inspired World

Tactical Adventures has released a free demo for Solasta 2, their upcoming turn-based tactical RPG set within the Dungeons & Dragons universe. This sequel to Solasta: Crown of the Magister allows players to create a party of four heroes and venture into the realm of Neokhos, facing an ancient evil while striving for redemption. The game emphasizes player agency, with choices significantly impacting the narrative.

The demo includes core elements from the original Solasta, such as tactical turn-based combat, extensive character customization, and dynamic NPC interactions. A helpful "Helpful Dice" feature, activated by default, mitigates bad luck streaks for new players but can be disabled for veterans. Strategic use of the environment is key to combat success.

Players can enjoy the demo solo or with friends in cooperative multiplayer, similar to Divinity: Original Sin. The demo presents a variety of class-specific challenges and encounters, providing a taste of the complete game's depth and complexity. Tactical Adventures welcomes community feedback to further polish the final release.

The game's system requirements are relatively modest. For optimal performance, a minimum configuration of Intel Core i5-8400 CPU, 16 GB RAM, and either an NVIDIA GTX 1060 or AMD RX 580 GPU is recommended.
